Yo update mah nizzlez.
Forgot that my friend was trying to get people to go to Creamfields and they mentioned it again to me. Got some nice artists there so it would be pretty fun if I did. Just got a few factors involved if I want to go, although I definitely want to go for the music and such.

Part 2 of my C77 album reviews.
THE GOOD
[C9CD-0002] Another History
Overall this is a very good albums. It contains a mix of Trance with some Hard style tracks also, and a Hardcore track to finish. I enjoyed alot of the songs on this album and Im sure that everyone could at least find a few songs which they enjoy from it. Only downside of this album would be that the vocals on a few of the songs are rather weak.
[PCMM-0005] Resurrection Ballad
Well well, what do we have here. We have ourselves a re-release of [PCMM-0001] The Grimoire Of Alice, but this time we have YAMAGEN doing vocals, and it works very well. This is one of my favourite albums from this Comiket. I even got my friends to listen to it, and they like it, despite not liking the JP scene ~_~
[ENS-0006] Sacred Factor
Normally I wouldn’t say I am a big fan of vocals, but this album really did it for me. This album is completely vocals and some of the songs blew me away, my favourites being 緋色月下、狂咲ノ絶 -1st Anniversary Remix- and Lucid Dream. If you like Trance and even if your not a fan of vocals, I would suggest to still give this a go as you might be pleasantly suprised.
[CHS-0007] Unconnected.
I might just be a t+pazo bum boy, or this album was really good. Has a range of Hardstyle stuff, all of which do well.
The 3 tracks with vocal fix really well with them and not just done in seperate rooms or such ~_~ Shout out for Dogma Magma and Dust. Mote. as those tracks are badass.
THE MEH
[BFCD-0002] Fast Forward To End Of East
Well, I guess you would class this as Melodic Metalcore, which I used to be a fan of. It’s not too bad if your into that kind of thing. Not too
much to say about it, It’s pretty average, if your into the Electronic side you would probable not enjoy this, but I guess if you like Hardcore stuff
you might :@
[MSTBL019] Fuck DJ Paper Chaos EP
Well this album isnt AMAZING, but it does alright. Proper hardcore stuff on here so check if out if you like that stuff. These 5 tracks probably amount to more then J-CORE MASTERZ VOL 6… =[
[UI-0015] The Splendid World
This album confused me a little, but I can see what it’s suppose to show. This has a typical band setup, but its all slow and low tempo. Its
“Metal” if you would, but it keeps true to the touhou side of things and you can hear the original music there rather then say Resurrection Ballad
or Miss Understanding.
[MSTBL022] The Very Best Of DJ A.Q. Remixes
Well, I can’t really say anything special about this album. Standard DJ A.Q. stuff.
Yeah, that’s it.
[MRCD-003] 幻想遊戯2 ~ Museum of marasy
Piano arrangements throughout. I’m not really into listening to this stuff on a regular basis, but it sounds very good. If you like piano music and touhou music then you would like this quite alot.
THE BAD
[AECD-0001] Everlasting Snow
miko didn’t really do themselves any good on this album, choc ‘a block full of high pitched vocals which unfortunately is not exactly the
favourite of many. Not sure what kind of style they are trying to go for either, as the album contains a mixed bunch, experimental maybe….
[MSTBL020] J-CORE MASTERZ VOL.6
This album didn’t really do it for me or others from what I hear. Kinda same old same old with nothing too interesting. The only tracks which
stood out for me were My Pride As My Blade (JCM Short Edition) and GetNaked (Massive Remix)
[MIA015] Miss Understanding
Well now, this stuff was kinda boring. Like, if for each track you jump to the same place(apart from the non-metal tracks) you can find the solo
in all the same place-ish. Doesn’t seem like they put much effort into the structure of the songs =/ Although if you like stuff like Dragonforce,
I guess you would like this alot.
[ESSD-0007] TechniCamellia
I can’t say this album did well for me. The vocals just didn’t seem to go with the tracks and maybe a full intrumental would have been better. If
you don’t beleive me then the Nuclear Fusion track on this album should explain things quite clearly =w=
ワァオ!ハイパー電波チャン – ARM商業作品集 -
This is labeled as under IOSYS, although ARM did all of it. Still IOSYS style stuff. Only thing I could really like was track 5s backing.
[LACM4681] 蒼白シスフェリア
Well, this is only 3 tracks which is kind of lame and I only really count the first 2 tracks as I dunno what the hell is going on with the last one(or 3rd one ~_~;). It’s not that fantastic, they have this weird orchestral choir singing the backing and the tempo/style jumps around alot….*shrugs* x_x
So C77 was over the past few days, so have been DLing, converting to listen to some, below are my current listens from C77.
THE GOOD
[DECD-0006] 曼衍珠汝華 ~ Nada Upasana Pundarika
Bringing power metal to the touhou scene, this album is kick ass. Highlight of the album for me was the Nuclear power arrangement. Definitely check this out if you like power metal combined with touhou.
[CRTS-0011] Dramatic irony
Some SHIKI goodness right here, not anything special from them as such, but kept to the high standard. The tracks are different from each other, possible experimentation. If you like SHIKI’s previous work, you won’t be disappointed by this.
[ARCD-0030] Plastik World
Got alot of good stuff on this album. Along with the well known Bad Apple!! arrangement from Masayoshi Minoshima along with a few others is a solid album. Personal favourite of Leading Phantasy (feat. 美里). Make sure to check it out.
The MEH
[SACD-5025] White Magic
This is more of a chilled album, got a few lively tracks but mostly got some slow songs with reasonable vocals on most of the tracks. Re:Production was the track which highlighted the album for me. Nothing too special here though.
[TCPLUS-005] SPEED BALL Z
Got all the hardcore shit from all the big names, REDALiCE track was a let down. The rest of the tracks were Mediocre with nothing special, highlight of the album for me hEArtcorE 006A1. If you are a massive hardcore fan, you would probably enjoy this a lot more.
[MTCD-009] MINAMOTRANCE CORE BREAK!
Again another album with nothing too special. Goody goodness we have from Minamotrance is still a reasonable standard. The vocals are not overdone but not anything groundbreaking. Transient World -minamotoya re remix- was the highlight of this album for me.
[RRCD-002] RAZE*2
Electronic goodness all over. Not anything too fabulous on this album. Ending on teranoid’s track wasn’t the best idea in the world either. Track o’ choice for this album would have been Transcend.
The BAD :@
[AECD-020] Sphere Caliber
Well well well, comming from ALiCE EMOTiON, this hasn’t got a very good reception at all. Most of the tracks feel really messy and the only track I found good was Law Field. Also I thought the standard of cover art was poor :<
WHITE MUTATION
Well, there isn’t really much on here, and the things that are on there arn’t that fantastic to say the least. None of the tracks can decide what they want to be and the vocals are nothing to be impressed by, apart from Appears, which seemed to be the only track which kept it’s style.
FAR EAST OF EAST II
7/9 tracks on this album suffer either the fate of, too much in-your-face guitar, vocal hell, or both. The only tracks which avoided the fate were Mysterious Apple!! & 風姿華傳, but the problem being is that those tracks dont seem to fit anywhere into this album at all :@
[TDCD001] PURE EXISTENCE
He we have a 2nd Hardcore album, unfortunately this one didnt seem to bring anything much. Alot of the tracks don’t seem to interest at all. Unless you happen to be hardcore about hardcore, this album isn’t for many.
